    The successful candidate will join the Head Office HR team and work with the team members to drive HR-related initiatives and action plans.

    Provide daily support for HR functions and program delivery.
    Responsible for overseeing the full employee life cycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, departure, attendance and leave management.
    Implement evaluations for employees' performance according to company requirements
    Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
    Provide guidance and support to employees through addressing questions and inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and programs
    Participate as a member of the HR team in people initiatives, events, and communication campaigns.

    Supports development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align employee-related initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization.

    Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field preferred.
    ~2 years experience in Human Resources or related role.
    ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and Outlook.
