They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and productivity in their manufacturing operations.


Position Overview:


As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control.

You will lead a team of production supervisors and operators, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demand and production targets.
  • Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics, such as output, efficiency, and quality, and take corrective actions as needed to address any deviations or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to optimize production processes, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, implementing measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards.
  • Manage inventory levels and material requirements to support production schedules and minimize waste and downtime.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures and inspection protocols to ensure that products meet or exceed customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation within the production team, promoting employee engagement and empowerment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a production management or leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems, with experience in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in manufacturing operations.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed to support production operations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
