About the Role
As the Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, you will report to the Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition and join the Brookfield Renewable Business Services Group. You will have a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition initiatives of the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, such as preparing job postings, offer letters, and maintaining candidate databases and trackers. You will also have familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Your contributions will help us ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company's vision and values.
