    CNC Lapping Operator - Aerospace

    82 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);
    Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;
    Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;
    Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation;
    An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance);
    Clean, bright and climate-controlled production areas.
    Sets up, programs and/or operates machines for production and assembly as assigned, assures and supports process release.
    Set up and/ or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences.
