    Tâches:


    1. Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes
    2. Surveiller la performance du département
    3. Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes
    4. Planifier les changements aux horaires et politiques
    5. Préparer des rapports pour la haute direction
    6. Recruter du personnel
    7. Superviser le personnel
    8. Former le personnel
    9. Gérer les finances ou le budget
    10. Organiser la documentation d'expédition et le suivi des marchandises en transit
    11. Veiller à la conformité du transport aux réglementations
    12. Établir et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des normes pour le transport et le stockage des marchandises
    13. Négocier des services et des tarifs préférentiels
    14. Superviser la planification et la répartition des véhicules et des marchandises
    15. Superviser la fixation des tarifs de service de transport et surveiller les revenus
    16. Enregistrer les informations sur les cargaisons, les heures de service, la distance parcourue et la consommation de carburant

    Supervision: 3-4 personnes, 5-10 personnes
