Description
Schedule ramp operation in accordance with Company policies.

  • Monitor and action daily (in concert with Coordinator) and future ramp Crew requirements. Reschedule as necessary.
  • Implementing and updating seasonal schedules by updating the operational database
  • Provide effective and timely communication with all ramp crew as it relates to scheduling activity and schedule deviations.
  • Identifying gap(s) in roster to ensure necessary action(s) with management.
  • Analyze irregular operations and make effective scheduling decisions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient production
  • Interpret and administer the service level agreements with different airline carriers pertaining to ramp crew scheduling to ensure smooth and effective ramp operations.
  • Preparing and producing various reports for internal and external stakeholders when necessary
  • Troubleshooting multiple, often simultaneous, scheduling conflicts as they arise.

Key Qualifications:


  • Two years' experience in an airline/airport operation
  • High school diploma; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate large amounts of information and come up with sound decisions under time constraints.
  • Ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Airline/airport scheduling experience an asset
  • Proficiency in scheduling systems and software
  • Familiarity with aircraft types and an understanding of ramp standard operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and data analysis
