    Inside Sales Lead

    Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career as an Inside Sales Lead where you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement and satisfaction?

    The best part? No cold calling is required


    Your Responsibilities:
    Proven success as an Inside Sales Lead with experience handling high-quality incoming inquiries and calls with finesse.
    Promote best in class professional services customized to each customer's unique qualifications and needs.
    Collaborate with new clients to expertly manage the full onboarding process and registration.

    Elevate customer experience and engagement by working closely with the support team, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and following best practices for addressing inquiries.

    Utilize CRM tools to capture and monitor all relevant data, helping us track opportunities and call success.

    Exceeding Expectations:

    Meet and exceed daily KPIs, managing up to 40-50 calls per day, all without the need for cold calling.


    Your Qualifications:
    ~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
    ~3+ years of experience in sales, demonstrating your ability to manage and exceed client expectations.
    ~ Possess strong listening skills and the knack for building strong rapport with customers.
    ~ Tech-Savvy and Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
    ~ Thrive in a dynamic, flexible, and ever-evolving work environment. Strong Written and Verbal Communicator.
    ~ Industry knowledge of talent acquisition best practices is considered an asset.
