    Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences across the country. We offer a range of senior living options including independent living, assisted living and memory care.
    Seeking an Executive Director with strong operations leadership experience in hospitality. You'll oversee general management of our retirement residence, delivering a superior "More Living" experience to residents. As the Executive Director, you'll lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development. Your expertise in recruiting, training, and mentoring will ensure exceptional service and resident care.

    You'll implement and maintain policies to uphold industry standards and regulations while achieving financial targets with maximum operational efficiency.

    You will actively promote the residence within the local market ensuring a multi-pronged approach that showcases the residence as the top choice in retirement living.

    As the financial performance expert, you'll set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit.

    Your strategies will help us surpass targets.
    Your positive relationships with regional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies will reflect our organization's professionalism and integrity.

    Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making
    Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in the seniors living industry, hotel, or hospitality-related industry;
