Principal – SAP Integration Manager

About the Role

As a Principal, you will lead the functional and technical solution integration for SAP S/4HANA Transformation programs. You will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts.

You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

You will continue to lead teams of consultants to define, design and execute transformation programs.

You will collaborate and interface with senior clients on a daily basis to build confidence and lead/guide the team in conducting due diligence and issue resolution.

You will contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management and capability-building within Infosys Consulting, with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Project Execution

Collaborate with clients to define longterm vision, goals and strategies
Contribute to the design and development of client future processes, data, systems and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps
Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics
Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices
Advise, QA and provide insights on solution architecture and integration
Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project
Support management of project execution from starttofinish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)
Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development

Responsibilities:

Create a business blueprint design for the new projects and Create a requirement traceability matrix
Drives E2E Business Process modeling and fit/gap analysis of the technology solutions to determine a need for customization and enhancements; RICEFW objects
Manage the RICEFW with the technical team
Assists the technical team with the design of architectural diagrams and Data Flow diagrams
Should be able to talk to the customer in various industries about SAP solutions
Leads efforts in architecture, design, configurations, technical solutions, and support
Assists with the identification of crossfunctional and crossteam dependencies drive critical design decisions to closure and help develop cohesive integrated solutions.
Guide the team wherever required in
Business Transformation Programs enabled by SAP
S/4 Global Template design and Rollouts Programs
SAP Data Management – Data conversion, Master data management and Governance
Developing the architecture for complex SAP solutions across multiple industries
Data, Process and Systems Integration Architecture to support Analytics and Automation with SAP and other large scale systems integration in order to cash, procure to pay, or supply chain management and Finance
Experience leading or developing highquality, enterprisescale software products using a structured system development life cycle
Will work closely work with the project manager, project team, and consultants to design and evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions in the context of project budget, risk, and timelines.
Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition of IT architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy in Business, Application, Data, and Technical Architecture

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of SAP Project, Lead or Program Management out of which 5 years in solution architecture and integration (including Process, data and systems)
At least 1 full lifecycle S/4 implementations (all phases) leading a package implementation lifecycle
A proven track record of leading and managing both large and small, global and local teams
Must be detail oriented, selfdirected and have strong independent problem solving skills
A leader and key contributor in solution architecture, governance in large ERP implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process, Data and System areas
Indepth knowledge of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables
Experience interacting with client executives; ability to influence at the leadership level
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level
Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
Ability to articulate and present different pointsofviews on various technologies
Experience in Business Transformation Programs enabled by SAP
S/4 Global Template design and Rollouts Programs
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform
SAP Data Management – Data conversion, Master data management and Governance
Experience in developing the architecture for complex SAP solutions across multiple industries
Data, Process and Systems Integration Architecture to support Analytics and Automation with SAP and other large scale systems integration in order to cash, procure to pay, or supply chain management and Finance
Undergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

Preferred Qualifications

Experience and deep knowledge of SAP systems
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodology
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 100%, depending on client requirements
Ability and willingness to work as part of a crosscultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
MBA or other applicable postgraduate degree
