    Responsibilities
    Manage invoices received by email and mail;
    Matching proofs of purchase orders and goods received with supplier invoices
    Validate, code and enter supplier invoices into software
    Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
    Validate legitimacy to claim input tax credits
    Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
    Communicate with suppliers as needed
    Validate GL account discrepancies
    Attach proof of payment to invoices on a weekly basis
    Account Receivable

    Qualifications
    College or vocational diploma in accounting
    1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
    Good communication skills
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
