    Description
    Alteo is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer (SaaS) for a permanent position based in Montreal.

    Your main role will be to handle customer requests with the aim of guaranteeing delivery of the services requested, while ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs.

    Responsibilities:
  • Handle catalog service requests to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure implementation of the service accepted by the customer within the agreed deadlines
  • Ensure preparation, validation and delivery of update patches in coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure the handling and processing of incidents generated by the implementation of the service
  • Handle requests for information in order to respond to customer queries
  • Ensure the qualification of customer requests for information
  • Ensure the preparation, processing and communication of responses to customer requests
  • Contribute to developing the skills of other team members, with the aim of improving collective performance.
  • Provide guidance, support and back-up to the team.

    • Profile:
  • DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • good knowledge of service-oriented architectures
  • Good knowledge of APIs
  • Familiarity with the electronic payment industry (strong asset)
  • PowerCard solution (strong asset)
  • UNIX environments (OS, Unix Shell...)
  • Database (Oracle, PstgreSQL...)
  • Testing techniques
  • Writing of technical and functional specifications
  • Customer orientation
  • Compliance with commitments
  • Taking the initiative
  • Anticipation of problems
  • Reporting & Monitoring

    Alteo est à la recherche d'un Responsable Livraison Services (SaaS) pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal.

    Votre rôle principal sera d'assurer la prise en charge des demandes clients dans le but de garantir la livraison des services demandés, en veillant au respect des SLAs contractualisés.

    Responsabilités:
  • Assurer la prise en charge des demandes de services catalogues dans le but de répondre aux besoins clients
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre du service accepté par le client dans les délais engagés
  • Assurer la préparation, la validation et la livraison des patch de mise à jour en coordination avec les équipes internes
  • Assurer la prise en charge et le traitement des incidents générés par la mise en œuvre du service
  • Assurer la prise en charge des demandes d'information dans le but de répondre aux requêtes clients
  • Assurer la qualification des demandes d'information du client
  • Assurer la préparation, le traitement et la communication de la réponse aux requêtes client
  • Contribuer au développement des compétences des autres membres de l'équipe dans le but d'améliorer la performance collective
  • Assurer l'encadrement, l'appui et le soutien à l'équipe
    • Profil:
  • DEC/BAC en IT ou l'équivalent
  • 5+ années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Bonnes connaissances en architectures orientées service
  • Bonne connaissance des API
  • Familier avec l'industrie de la monétique (atout important)
  • Solution PowerCard (atout important)
  • Environnements UNIX (OS, Shell Unix...)
  • Base de Données (Oracle, PostgreSQL...)
  • Techniques de testing
  • Rédaction de spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles
