    L'opportunité - Votre carrière à Moneris

    Ce poste est en lien avec un besoin de l'atelier de réparation en ce qui consiste à effectuer les tâches suivantes : réparations complexes, mise en place des réparations (staging / coaching) pour les nouveaux produits du client. Participer à la recherche de composantes techniques substituts (mêmes specs). Faire des expertises sur des appareils problématiques.

    Emplacement: Vous travaillerez à partir de notre bureau de Montréal dans un mode de travail en présentiel

    Lien hiérarchique: Vous relèverez de Team Lead, Technical Repair Centre POS Repair Centre

    Vos responsabilités - Votre carrière à Moneris

    • Développement et formation des produits. Support le développement et élaboration des processus du travail
    • Diagnostics et Réparations complexes.
    • Mise en place de nouveaux produits.
    • Respecter les politiques de Corporation Solutions Moneris, notamment, le Code de conduite ainsi que les politiques en matière de technologies et de confidentialité.
    • Effectuer d'autres tâches, le cas échéant.

    Votre profil - Votre carrière à Moneris

    • Diplôme en électronique requi ou une expérience de travail équivalente peut être considéré comme une substitution.
    • 5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
    • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (lu, écrit et parlé).
    • Capacité à travailler sur de nombreux projets à la fois et avec différents types de personnalité. ·
    • Capacité à verbaliser de l'information technique.

    Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

    This position is related to a need in the repair shop and involves the following tasks: complex repairs, staging / coaching repairs for new customer products. Participate in the search for substitute technical components (same specs). Perform expert appraisals on problematic devices.

    Location: You will work from our Montreal office in an onsite work mode.

    Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Team Lead, Technical Repair Centre POS Repair Centre.

    • Product development and training. Support the development and elaboration of work processes
    • Diagnostics and complex repairs.
    • Implementation of new products.

    Your Moneris Career - What you bring

    • Degree in electronics required or equivalent work experience may be considered as a substitution.
    • 5+ years experience in a similar role
    • Rigorous, responsible and organized: Ability to follow established protocols and work methods.
    • Fluency in French and English (read, written and spoken).
    • Ability to work on many projects at once and with different personality types.
    • Ability to verbalize technical information.
