Duties: VM repair/imaging/troubleshooting/assigning, Physical Machine troubleshooting, Vlan networking/ patching, Zero client and thin client setup/troubleshooting/imaging, vpn creation and installation, projector diagnosis, MacOS (mac mini & macbook air/pro) troubleshooting and imaging. As well as training/assisting new tech team members.
