    Description
    We are hiring a Director, Healthcare Outcomes and Evaluation.

    Reporting to the Senior Directory, Healthcare Strategy & Analytics, the Director is accountable for developing evaluating frameworks including health and system outcomes for health & wellness strategic initiatives and opportunities to drive strategy and growth.

    The director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership across the enterprise, and external partners to evaluate, prioritize, and establish strategic initiatives and the related roadmaps and execution plans.

    You have a strong background in evaluation of healthcare initiatives and in health outcomes. You have extensive experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making based on complex information.

    Develop and oversee evaluation initiatives from planning to execution
    Develop best practice guidance based on evidence and research to guide evaluation, clinical outcomes and health system outcomes
    Work in partnership with technology and analytics teams to generate actionable business and outcomes intelligence and evaluate emerging opportunities
    Lead day-to-day coordination of cross-functional, enterprise-wide implementation and execution planning, resolving issues as needed

    Use superior PowerPoint and written communication skills to develop clear and captivating presentations for senior leadership, cross-functional team members and potential external partners.

    Become the subject matter expert in relevant areas of healthcare, as well as relevant regulatory and industry development

    University degree with a concentration in Health Sciences, and/or Engineering (or similar program)
    ~ Master's or PhD degree preferred in relevant field to program evaluation and health outcomes
    ~7+ years of experience in healthcare sector with a proven track record of successes
    ~ Strong background in program evaluation, health outcomes, business strategy and healthcare analytics required
    ~ Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
    ~ Must be able to work with complex data sets to form analytic and reporting solutions and collaborate with colleagues to align on statistical and other methods to derive valid analyses
    ~ Ability to lead and manage projects across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
    ~ Ability to understand healthcare regulatory frameworks and the dynamics of the Canadian healthcare ecosystem
