    ROLE SUMMARY

    Principal NetSuite Consultants at Beyond Cloud Consulting play a crucial role in shaping the future of our NetSuite practice. As a respected subject matter authority, you will lead innovation, offer strategic guidance, and provide exceptional value to our clients. Leveraging your extensive experience and profound understanding of NetSuite, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing best practices, overseeing high-impact projects, and nurturing a culture of excellence within our organization.

    Please note, for this role, although remote, you must be located in Canada.

    YOUR CONTRIBUTION

    As a Principal NetSuite Consultant, you will drive significant change for both our clients and our organization. Your strategic vision and creative solutions will shape the future of our NetSuite practice, delivering tangible business results and fostering a culture of excellence. You will have the opportunity to redefine what is achievable in the realm of NetSuite solutions and unlock new prospects for our clients and our team.

    Responsibilities
    • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and innovative thinking in the planning and execution of NetSuite initiatives. Work closely with senior management to outline the vision, objectives, and roadmap for our NetSuite practice.
    • Client Engagement: Act as the key point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts. Collaborate with clients to grasp their business goals, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and create tailored NetSuite solutions that drive concrete outcomes.
    • Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of intricate NetSuite solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices, scalability, and longevity. Offer direction on customization, integration, and optimization strategies to maximize the value of the NetSuite platform.
    • Team Development: Mentor and guide junior consultants, nurturing their professional development and expertise in NetSuite. Lead by example, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to enhance the team's capabilities.
    • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in the NetSuite ecosystem. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, create new methodologies, and contribute to the advancement of our NetSuite practice.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, serving as a reliable advisor and champion of their success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation, customization, and optimization.
    • Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, with a deep understanding of NetSuite modules, features, and capabilities.
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale NetSuite projects from start to finish, delivering measurable business value.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and instill confidence across all levels of an organization.
    • Strong leadership qualities, with a dedication to mentoring and fostering talent.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
