    Description
    McLaughlin Truss is currently looking for a Production Manager to join our team.

    McLaughlin Truss is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Atlantic Canada and New England States.

    Relocation allowance negotiable Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Supervise the loading and logistics of all outbound panel shipments Maintenance of all production equipment Ensure company's safety policies and procedures are being maintainedQuality assurance to ensure quality standards for the company are being met Work directly with design department for drawings and packages Qualifications:3 to 5 years of floor and wall panel production experience Able to read and interpret production shop drawings Strong attention to detail and able to work directly with the design team Effective problem solving and time management skills Driven to optimize and improve processes Excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenLeadership and supervisory skills We are an equal opportunity employer that offers a rewarding career, opportunity to grow and develop your skills, competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits program, and safe work environment.
