    SUMMARY

    The Tenant Services Coordinator supports BGIS clients by coordinating small-scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services, and office services. They handle tenant service project resolution, assembling scope and specifications, tendering, financial administration, and monitoring contractor performance.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive, process, and validate service requests through various channels
    • Coordinate BGIS and subcontracted forces for required tenant services
    • Provide support to Facility Managers for small-scale projects
    • Review contract work and report discrepancies
    • Ensure proper interpretation of client work processes and policies
    • Other assigned duties

    Knowledge & Skills

    • High school completion plus technical or business course
    • One to three years of job-related experience
    • Client management skills
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
    • Knowledge of project delivery and tendering processes
    • General knowledge of commercial building systems/construction
    • Organizational and documentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and interpret contracts
    • Proficiency with CAD considered an asset
    • Experience related to facility management and other sectors
    • Proficient with MS Office and email software

    Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

    • Valid driver's license if required
