    Job Title: Administrative Assistant at ScotiaMcLeod

    Brief Introduction

    As an Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to one or more Advisors and their teams.

    Is This Role Right For You?
    In this position, you will:

    • Support in onboarding new client relationships via digital account opening and documentation management
    • Handle client requests, account transfers, deposits, withdrawals, payments, tax receipts, and account reporting
    • Address client inquiries promptly and escalate when necessary
