Leadership Development Associate Program
Join us and help us – "Create delicious moments of joy " Applications are now being accepted for the Mondelēz International Leadership Development Associate Program, an in depth accelerated learning program designed to prepare future leaders in Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Participants in the program rotate through a wide range of foundational experiences designed to build business acumen. Through a combination of diverse rotational assignments and formal training, they are sponsored by a strong network of senior leaders, strong mentors, and advocates. Through these dynamic experiences and relationships, participants will hone their leadership capabilities and analytical skills to become a vital member of this world-class organization.
By participating in the program, the Leadership Development Associate will:
Upon successful completion of the Leadership Development Program, participants will be placed in a regular full-time position within the organization.
