Advisor Engagement Specialist

**Description: - Temporary Full Time-
What you will do

  • Work with project teams, business units and partners to identify key messages which resonate and motivate advisors, and drive our business forward
  • Develop clear and concise activation plans for new product, process and technology offerings, targeted to a range of audiences including wholesalers, advisors and their operations team members and head office groups
  • Work with marketing and creative services to build and deliver key tactics, communications and collateral pieces across a variety of media
  • Develop and maintain communications calendars and touch plans to support launch activities
  • Collaborate with business, technology and change management staff to proactively solve problems during initiative work cycles/sprints
  • Determine measurable outcomes to gauge success of marketing and communications objectives
  • Partner with field management and engagement teams to ensure adoption and success of new initiatives
  • Represent Advisory Network and the needs of advisors in corporate communication planning

What you will bring

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and/or project delivery, preferably in a large corporate environment
  • Thrives in a high energy, demanding environment through a winning attitude
  • Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills with colleagues, clients and third parties
  • The ability to manage up and influence within a large corporate environment
  • Experience with large scale projects and business transformation
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a highly organized manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
  • University degree in business, communications or marketing
  • Financial services industry experience, insurance preferred
  • Familiarity with distribution sales channels as asset

_Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg._

  • The base salary for this position is between
    $51,400*:
  • $95,200** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
