CAA Club Group (CCG) is known for providing stellar emergency roadside assistance to our motoring Members and non-Members. Conduct field appraisals within a defined territory while maintaining quality and performance standards
Schedule field appraisals and ensure prompt delivery of appraisal reports to Claims unit
Participate in industry events, training of other PD staff, and special projects
Minimum of 3 years' experience with estimating or appraisal in a collision repair shop or insurance claims environment
Working knowledge of electronic estimating software and relevant industry technical qualifications such as I-Car courses
Ability to work remotely, independently, and unsupervised
