    Description
    This position requires tobe present at the office 5 days per week.
    Receive and handle all visitors, incoming communication inquiries (phone, mail, electronic etc.), File all interoffice documentation and preparefiles for off-site storage (archive),

    Manage servicecontracts for assigned area of responsibility which may include generaloffice equipment including telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, mailequipment, and kitchen equipment, housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal,building maintenance as required etc.

    Order office stationerysupplies, kitchen supplies and furniture requests; Support in thepreparation and completion of various RFQ/RFP's in closecoordination with the Commercial and Legal teams.

    Assistand support in the preparation of Town Halls , Management meetings withpresentations, minutes, technical and communication set up with IT supportetc


    Event Planning:
    Assist District in Event Planning, Sales meetings, Lunches,Holiday Parties etc.
    College Diploma in Business would be considered an asset
    ~ Previous experience/exposure with ERP systems, preferably SAP, would be considered an asset. 3-5 years of related work experience
    ~ Computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
