How you will contribute
You prepare the dough mix according to the recipe and load it into the production machine for baking.

As a Batch Mixer you will:

  • Ensure proper ingredients and spices are available for the production recipe.
  • Follow recipes for adding ingredients.
  • Follow proper stages during the mixing process.
  • Deliver to the depositor box.
  • After emptying the mixing bowl, remove it and take it to the washing room,
  • All other duties as may be assigned.

What will make you successful
years of experience as a mixer (preferably in manufacturing)

  • Good command of English written and verbal
  • Able to read and understand measurements, follow directions verbal & written in English
  • Is a demonstrated team player and can also work independently
  • Able to follow GMP and HACCP instructions

More about this role

Work schedule:
Two-week rotation of days, evenings, and nights. Monday to Friday.

Physical Demands

  • You will stand/sit for long periods of time.
  • You will engage in frequent bending, stooping or squatting.
  • Due to the environment, you will work in various weather and temperature conditions which include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
  • You will work in tight or enclosed spaces.

Salary:
$19.00-$20.00 per hour
