    Description
    72101 Term: Permanent Full-time position Wage:
    • $31.25 per hour
    • Employees shall receive overtime pay at the rate of 11⁄2 times their regular rate for all hours worked in excess of forty
    • four (44) hours in a week. Identify short term and long
    • term countermeasures for production problems that arise specifically related to tools.

    Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools and make program as per part specifications.

    Design tools in solid-works and produce 2D drawings.
    Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems that are commonly integrated within machine tools.
    Operate cranes to safely move and turn dies for preventative maintenance, repair, or operational needs.

    Perform basic administrative skills including computer data entry and documentation of work performed by written and electronic methods.· Participate in and provide On the Job Training with / to other maintenance Team MembersMaintains inventory of spare parts.

    Attends daily Start of Shift and End of Shift meetings for proper handover of shifts.
