Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et optimiser les systèmes RH pour soutenir l'excellence opérationnelle et les initiatives stratégiques, en veillant à leur alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux globaux.

• Utiliser des analyses avancées pour générer des insights qui éclairent les stratégies RH, améliorent la prise de décision et mesurent l'impact des initiatives RH sur la performance organisationnelle.
Être un leader d'opinion en matière de technologie et d'intelligence des personnes

• Améliorer la connaissance de l'équipe People grâce à un soutien et une formation visant à élever l'adoption technologique.

• Soutenir et diriger les principales initiatives de transformation

• Soutenir l'intégration des organisations acquises, les efforts de diligence ou d'autres projets spéciaux.

• Développer et gérer des plans de projet complets, en veillant à la livraison en temps voulu et à la mise en œuvre efficace des initiatives technologiques et analytiques RH.

• Mener des efforts de gestion du changement liés à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils, processus et projets.
Évaluer en continu la qualité des données pour garantir l'exactitude et la valeur des insights.

• Gérer les autorisations, la conformité des données et les réglementations applicables, en partenariat avec l'équipe de conformité.
Diriger, encadrer et éduquer les membres de l'équipe People, en mettant l'accent sur l'application stratégique de la technologie RH et des analyses pour générer des résultats commerciaux.

• Fournir un soutien ponctuel pour automatiser les rapports, intégrer des systèmes, converger des données et nettoyer des données.

The Manager, People Technology & Intelligence will play a pivotal role at Plusgrade, aimed at harnessing cutting-edge technology and insightful analytics to transform our HR landscape. This role is integral to developing strategic initiatives that leverage data-driven insights to foster organizational growth and enhance employee experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in steering the direction of HR technology and analytics, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategic goals and enhancing our impact across the organization.
Utilize advanced analytics to generate insights that inform HR strategies, improve decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on organizational performance.
Be a thought leader when it comes to people technology and intelligence

• Stay up to date on technology and challenge implementation of innovative solutions such as AI, new systems, tools, etc.

• Enhance People team knowledge through support and training aimed at leveling up tech adoption.

• Support and own key transformation initiatives

• Support integration of acquired organizations, diligence efforts or other special projects.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of HR technology and analytics initiatives.

• Lead change management efforts relating to the implementation of new tools, processes, and projects.
Evaluate data quality on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and value of insights.

• Manage permissions, data compliance and regulations applicable, in partnership with the compliance team.
Lead, mentor and educate people team members, focusing on the strategic application of HR technology and analytics to drive business outcomes.

• Provide ad-hoc support to automate reports, integrate systems, converge data and clean data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR technology and analytics initiatives with business strategies.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their input is incorporated into HR technology and analytics strategies.
Stay at the forefront of HR technology trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• A proven track record in HR technology and analytics, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to leverage technology and data to enhance HR functions and organizational performance.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.

• Strong storytelling abilities and curiosity to help explain patterns or trends in the data, to drive change in the organization.

• Expertise in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects that drive transformational change.

• Adaptability and resilience, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift rapidly.

• Extensive knowledge of existing HR tech stack is not a requirement, but can be an asset; Experience working with enterprise HRIS (i.e. Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.)
