    Transportation Operations Supervisor
    The Transportation Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day transportation operations courier workforce and record centers.

    They manage all aspects of transportation discipline to include safety and security compliances, route structures and development, personnel scheduling, workload assignments, cost control and metric driven performance.

    Provide daily oversight of transportation operations and record center and Vault to ensure high levels of service, production and quality metrics are achieved.

    Execute daily reporting mechanisms that provide critical data points to business trends and overall operational performance.
    Responsible for training, recruiting, counseling, coaching, disciplinary action and writing reviews. Process and approve payroll, time off requests and exceptions
    Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    Manages scanning platform to include proper usage, route id configurations, exception code usage and proper care of equipment.
    Minimum of 5 to 7 years' supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, production , operations or other service-related environment
    Must hold a Class 5 driving license with a clean driving abstract
    Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
