Total Compensation - On Target Earnings: $60,000 - $85,000 based on experience, inclusive of commissions earned. Commissions are not capped.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Territory Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Field Service & Sales include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Handles all preventative maintenance and repairs;
  • Installations ensure great first impression customer experience.
  • Demonstrate Chemsyn's consultative sales approach;
  • Provide emergency service coverage after hours to customers as required;
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers as well as manufacturers' representatives;
  • Inservice customers on proper use of supplies and/or equipment;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, strong relationship management capabilities, and flexibility to adapt and adjust day to assist customers in this fast paced, multitasking, around the clock environment;
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable
  • After Hours On-Call Service (Shifts to be rotated between RM's in Territory group)
  • Make telephone calls, inperson visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers;
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, and sales meetings;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Post Secondary Certificate or Degree in related field; or comparable industry experience;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Field Service & Sales position or in a similar sales focused position;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Strong problemsolving skills;
  • Accountable and dependable;
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic; and
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

Working Conditions

  • Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
  • Required to work in a busy, open area which may result in constant interruptions;
  • Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress.
