Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients that align with the company's objectives
Develop new business opportunities and new clients through diverse channels including but not limited to adv., online research, outbound emails, calls, industry media, conference, industry events, network groups , referrals and exiting relationships.
Negotiate terms and finalize the agreements with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and efficiently deliver the high-quality candidates.
Contribute to the conpany's market positioning by presenting its strengths, expertise, and unique selling points.
Monitor and analyz the results to meet and strive to exceed the monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum 3 years of B2B business development experience in recruitment agencies, in-house HR, or the biotech industry.
Proven track record in managing significant projects and maintaining key accounts, especially with high-profile industry clients.
Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial startup environment.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills,with a self-driving approach.
Background in HR or related functions within biotech or pharma industries is preferred.
Salary Competitive base salary plus commission, reflective of experience and industry standards.
Job Location Remote positions available in the USA, and Canada.
