    Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler I performs warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.

    ~ Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
    ~ Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
    ~ Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
    ~ Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
    Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
    ~ Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts
    ~ One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
    ~ Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
    Tech May operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery

    Sous la responsabilité du superviseur de la logistique, le chef d'équipe entrepôt aide à assurer que les demandes des clients sont exécutées efficacement. Le titulaire du poste fournit des conseils et des directives aux membres d'une équipe dans le but d'atteindre un résultat clé. Il effectue également des fonctions d'entrepôt qui peuvent comprendre le chargement, la cueillette, l'emballage, l'expédition, la réception, l'utilisation de chariot élévateur et le cycle d'inventaire.
    Guider et assurer les efforts d'amélioration continue pour une efficacité optimale des opérations.

    • Exécuter des fonctions d'entrepôt, ce qui peut comprendre le chargement, la cueillette, l'emballage, l'expédition, la réception, l'utilisation de chariot élévateur et le cycle d'inventaire.

    • Allouer des ressources, organiser et répartir les tâches de travail quotidiennes aux membres afin d'assurer la logistique opérationnelle optimale du quart de travail ou de l'équipe.

    • Aider à la promotion des méthodes de santé et de sécurité au travail au sein de l'entrepôt.

    • Traiter la documentation quotidienne dans un environnement d'entrepôt (feuilles de cueillette, retours, connaissements, etc..).

    • Remplir et soumettre des rapports quotidiens et proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer le niveau de service et de l'efficacité des opérations.
    Diplôme général d'études secondaires ().
    Trois (3) ans ou plus Experience dans un environnement d'entrepôt au rythme soutenu {Exigé}
    Un (1) an ou plus Experience dans l'utilisation d'un chariot élévateur {Exigé}
    Bilingue (pour les emplacements du Québec seulement) (Exigé).
    Autres Certification/permis d'opérateur de chariot élévateur valide (Aucun, Exigé).
