    Job Description

    *Candidates must reside in the GTA area to be considered for this role as they will be required to be in office Tuesdays-Thursdays at the Toronto Corporate Office.

    GENERAL FUNCTION

    The Executive Assistant will be providing confidential and high-level administrative support to three C-Suite Executives

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects and tasks in a timely manner
  • Manage an extremely active calendar, compose, and prepare correspondence, arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Interact with multiple levels of personnel
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately and timely, and review email inbox/outbox numerous times daily
  • Pro-actively rearrange meetings as necessary
  • Provide support and perform as a true partner in the role while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with a variety of senior-level clients
  • Schedule conference calls and meetings
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or commensurate combination of education and experience
  • EXPERIENCE

  • Min of 4+ years' experience working as an administrative assistant supporting senior level executives in a corporate environment. Strongly prefer experience working with CIO or CTO.
  • SKILLS

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with detail work including handling travel arrangements and heavy scheduling.
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment (Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) as well as web-based research skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
