    Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
    Location: Surrey, British Columbia
    Salary: $130,000 to $160,000

    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our client's team.

    Position Overview: As a Senior Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing light industrial, industrial, and commercial construction projects in the Lower Mainland. This is an opportunity to join and help lead a collaborative and innovative team, where your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

    What You Will Do:
    • Provide leadership and strategic direction in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
    • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
    • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong commitment to creating a safe working environment.

    What You Need:
    • Minimum of 10 years of collective construction experience.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing light industrial, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
    • Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
    • Experience in estimation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry best practices.
    • Familiarity with BC building codes and regulations.
    • Bachelor's degree/diploma/certificate in Construction Management, or a related field is an asset.
