    Project Administrator

    Key Information:

    • 1-3 years of project administration or equivalent experience would be considered an asset.
    • Complete daily project reports, recording information for labour hours, equipment, and material qualities.
    • Complete the job setup process for each new project, including creating necessary cost codes, arranging insurances, and complete project setup within internal software.
    • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
    • Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
    • Health benefits, and vacation pay offered.

    Job Description:

    • Complete the job setup process for each new project, including creating necessary cost codes, arranging insurances, and complete project setup within internal software.
    • Complete daily project reports, recording information for labour hours, equipment, and material qualities.
    • Upload equipment hours and track equipment utilization rates.
    • Flag overruns from cost
    • Send daily report to project
    • Review accounts payables postings, and flag invoices that are not posted or approved in a timely
    • Upload cost code changes into internal software.
    • Complete 3rd party
    • Performing various other administrative duties, such as, filing, and correspondence preparation.

    Experience and Certification Requirements:

    • A diploma or post-secondary in administration, accounting, or equivalent would be considered an asset.
    • 1-3 years of project administration or equivalent experience would be considered an asset.
    • Strong computer skills and experience working with software programs such as word and excel would be an asset.
    • A reliable means of transportation is required.
    • Proficient English language skills required.

    Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
