The Burlington Food Bank has been serving Burlington since 1991 and strives to help any Burlington resident in need of food assistance.

As the only Burlington direct member of Feed Ontario, we are in a unique position to not only assist people directly but also like-minded agencies.

We are expanding to a new initiative "Feed Halton" to assist the broader food security sector


A key member of Burlington Food Bank's Feed Halton management team, the Marketing and Community Fundraising Manager will play a lead role in visioning, planning, implementing, and managing strategic direction for resource development that enables the organization to deliver on its mission of feeding the hungry in our community in a dignified and timely manner.

You will be directly accountable for overseeing and achieving organizational targets, within the areas of philanthropy, fundraising, and marketing.


Your responsibilities will also include development and leadership of a volunteer team specific to your role, you will also manage donor and other stakeholder relations in achieving fundraising goals.


Through several short-term and long-term projects, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity in a variety of marketing and fundraising ventures.

Ideally, experience in marketing and fundraising along with post-secondary education in related fields will be a strong asset.

$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
