    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to drive transformation initiatives associated with SAAS platform migration .

    You'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring a smooth transition for public sector clients.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN SAAS PROJECT MANAGER:

    • Change Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the migration to our SAAS platform; conduct stakeholder analysis and create tailored engagement plans.
    • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with agile development teams to synchronize change efforts with development timelines; embrace agile methodologies to adapt strategies based on iterative feedback.
    • Training and Development: Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver effective training programs for employees transitioning to the new SAAS platform;

    Resistance Management:
    Identify and address resistance to change, utilizing data-driven insights to tailor interventions; WHAT WE'

    RE LOOKING FOR IN AN SAAS PROJECT MANAGER:

    • Proven experience in change management leadership.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with agile development teams.
    • Knowledge of training and development principles.
    • Familiarity with PROSCI, ADKAR, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Flowable, and Linear Software is considered an asset.
