    Description

    We are the leading Cannabis Accessories Manufacturer & Distributor in Canada looking for an Experienced Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions for our marketing needs.

    To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. Additionally, you should have a background in managing marketing projects from inception to completion, encompassing websites, catalogs, and product packaging.

    Your primary objective will be to ensure that the designs effectively showcase our brand by delivering high-quality pieces within tight deadlines.


    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with Creative Director/ Team in different countries on creative deliverables.
    • Manage all design projects, from concept to final delivery for our Canada office.
    • Develop packaging that aligns with brand standards and guidelines.
    • Produce marketing materials such as catalogs, email campaigns, and mailing initiatives.
    • Enhance artwork to establish a visual aesthetic for our brand materials.
    • Enhance images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
    • Improve user experience in digital products.
    • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives.
    • Engage in collaborative work with team members.
    • Conduct product photography.
    • Utilize typography techniques.

    Requirements:
    • Demonstrated experience as a Layout Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar position.
    • Hands-on proficiency with image editing software like Photoshop/Illustrator.
    • Skilled in design software (particularly InDesign).
    • Strong aesthetic sense to blend colors, fonts, and layouts harmoniously.
    • Attentive to visual details.
    • Team player with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
    • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
    • Experience in photography and motion graphics is advantageous.

    Job Type: Full-time.
    Starting Salary: $28.00 /hour.

    Experience:
    • 3-5 years+ in design or related field.

    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
    • Health and Dental insurance provided.
