    Schedule

    Leadership

    You will utilize your demonstrated clinical leadership, case management, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive plans of care to meet the patient/family needs.     Patient care

    As a member of the Reactivation Care Centre team, you will work within a patient-focused care model in the provision of quality, customer focused, patient/family-centred care.

    Qualifications

    Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses. Current BCLS certification. Minimum of 2 – 3 years' related experience in a Medical/Long-term Care environment with evidence of well-developed clinical skills. Previous palliative care experience is an asset. RNAO membership is preferred. Completion of Gentle Persuasion is an asset.     Skills

    Experience in IV Therapy and central lines is an asset. Working knowledge of computer technology. Demonstrated excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interprofessional team as well as independently. Well-developed organization, communication, interpersonal and teaching skills. Evidence of ongoing professional development, continuing education and leadership experience.
