Conduct face-to-face marketing for Bottle Pick-Up Service in specific residential areas.
Deliver precise information about Bottle Pick-Up Service and other related services.
Lead and foster a cooperative team environment by supervising customer service agents. Coordinate team meetings alongside the Social Enterprise Manager.
Meet assigned performance targets and perform other administrative duties as required.
These are some of the competencies and credentials we are looking for:
Holds a minimum of a high school diploma or GED in a related field and possesses work experience in a similar role.
Demonstrates customer service experience in a supervisory capacityCapable of walking and climbing stairs during shifts.
Demonstrate a high level of administrative and IT capacity.
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation.
