L'établissement de Montreal, (Québec, Canada) est à la recherche de personnes compétentes en vue de pourvoir un poste de Administrateur Système Active Directory M365, Operations TI. Il s'agit d'un poste temps plein à permanent.
Vos défis:
• Administration de système Windows spécialisé Active Directory Onprem et Cloud;
• Surveillance des alertes système, serveur; résolution des problèmes de type N3;
• Surveiller et tester la réplication / synchronisation des données et les systèmes de reprise après sinistre;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes de support informatique pour maintenir l'infrastructure de l'entreprise;
• Participer à des initiatives de projet;
• Documenter les systèmes et les procédures;
• Implantation de nouvelles solutions technologiques ;
Vos compétences et votre savoir-être pour être heureux dans ce travail :
• Diplôme d'étude collégiales en informatique, en sciences informatiques ou dans un domaine connexe;
• Au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en informatique en tant qu'administrateur système prenant en charge un environnement de cloud hybride comprenant Windows, Azure et O365;
• Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
• Solide connaissance de l'administration de Windows Server 2016/2019/2022;
• Compétences en matière de dépannage et d'administration de Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, EXCHANGE et tous services d'Infrastructure;
• Solide compréhension des meilleures pratiques de sécurité au niveau Active Directory et M365
• Solides compétences en matière de communication, de relations interpersonnelles et de service à la clientèle;
• Flexibilité : être capable de travailler en dehors des heures normales pour des maintenances si nécessaire.
• Une bonne connaissance des outils de Scripting (ex. PowerShell, Azure CLI);
• Fournir du soutien technique de niveaux 3, en offrant de l'assistance durant l'évaluation des nouveaux produits et services
• Maintenir la stabilité opérationnelle des infrastructures.
• Assurer une résolution rapide en cas d'incident.
• Participer à l'évolution des infrastructures.
• Alimenter et maintenir une base de connaissances techniques.
• Participer à tout renforcement de la sécurité avec l'aide de l'équipe de sécurité interne
