- Must have Current General Class (Practicing) Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Must have current CPR or BLS certification
- Current palliative care experience is required
- Related palliative care or oncology courses from recognized institution preferred
- Completion of CNA certification in palliative care is considered an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professions/disciplines in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven planning, time management, organization and coordination skills
