    Personal Insurance Account Manager - Full Time
    ~ Anyone can process a mortgage application, sell an investment, or quote an insurance policy.

    The professionals at First Foundation do more. Our team is tasked with helping our clients to own a home, and own it sooner.

    This is a remote position.

    Do you take pride in being involved in one of the most important decisions of your customer's lives - protecting themselves, their loved ones, and their assets with proper insurance coverage? On the flip side, you understand that not everyone eats, sleeps, and breathes insurance and that most people are just trying to get last minute insurance for their new vehicle, save some money on their household budget, or check task off their list.

    You never stop trying to make these people smile. Our insurance team is looking for people like YOU. We want people whose values reflect our own - a brand and reputation First Foundation is proud of. Opportunity to work from Edmonton, Calgary, or remotely for the right candidate.

    You have a strong interest in the insurance industry.
    You posses a Level I or Level II General Insurance License, or a strong motivation to obtain one.
    You possess better-than-average computer skills - your typing skills up there with the best of them
    You can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    You understand the significance of these skills.
    Assets include experience with Keal / Vertafore's BMS, Applied Rating Services, (Compuquote), and insurance company portals

    Responding to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, billing issues, claims, and certificates of insurance

    Providing quotations for potential policy changes
    Re-evaluating appropriate personal insurance coverages on existing lines of business
    Processing policy changes on insurance company portals
    Cross-selling other First Foundation services to clients
    Modern Office.

    Level 1 or Level 2 AIC Licensed General Insurance role with First Foundation, offering great technical skill and customer service to work with a fast growing independent brokerage.
