Serving as Canada's primary physical activity advocate, ParticipACTION collaborates with various partners in the sports, physical activity, and recreation sectors, as well as government and corporate sponsors to promote increased movement in community, educational, occupational, and recreational settings.

    Job Overview

    As the Digital Solutions Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Digital Solutions, your role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of digital applications to enhance user experiences. The position necessitates expertise in website creation using HTML/CSS, CRM platforms, content management systems, web analytics tools, workflow solutions, and other digital products. You will engage with internal teams and external agencies to achieve digital, marketing, and content goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    ParticipACTION Website

    • Implement web page modifications
    • Update HTML/CSS templates
    • Assist in creative design and content development
    • Manage website updates and features
    • Ensure website functionality and video content

    HubSpot Product Lead (CRM)

    • Champion HubSpot within the organization
    • Enhance platform usage efficiency
    • Administer and maintain platform data
    • Support internal teams in platform utilization
    • Manage all platform functions and e-comms deployment

    Analytics & Data Analysis

    • Analyze and optimize multi-channel interactions and data sources
    • Manage data sources and reporting
    • Create regular performance reports
    • Develop best practices based on data trends
    • Address data requests promptly

    Administer Partner Programs

    • Manage partner app content
    • Collaborate with partnerships team

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in technology-related field
    • 2+ years of digital platform experience

    • Web development skills and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
    • HubSpot proficiency and CRM experience
    • Familiarity with UI/UX practices and analytics tools
    • Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking
    • Project management and multitasking abilities
    • Preference for bilingualism (English/French)
