    The Accounts Payable Technician must effectively coordinate all aspects of payable processing in support of the business needs.

    Work with Vendors to provide data needed to be given appropriate payment terms and maintain vendor files; Posts payables for budgeting and job cost analysis, after the approver of the payable makes proper categories; Monitors expenses based on the company travel & expense policy and questions those that seem contrary; Monitor accounts to ensure payments are within company guideline policies.

    Work with site supervisor on various job costing projects.
    Cross train as a back up to A/R billing.
    DEC in accounting or management technics.
    Accounts Payable experience minimum of 2 years
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    Good knowledge of Excel - intermediate to advance level.
    Knowledge of Workday is an advantage.
    Regular full time position;
