THE ROLE
The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting to include sourcing strategies to support excellence in hiring

Responsibilities include:

Establish recruiting plans to ensure emerging practices in areas of recruitment and selection and workforce analytics support Appleby's staffing and hiring needs
Conduct full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and providing meaningful input into hiring decisions
Network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position and create job descriptions and postings
Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Utilize applicant tracking system
Prepare and compile administrative documents such as reference checks and pertinent credentials to support hire
Participate in and support the onboarding process for new employees.

WHAT YOU BRING

Post-Secondary Education
Experience conducting fullcycle recruitment
Exceptional skills on MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and HRIS systems
Strong understanding of behavioral based interview process
Must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated skills in pipeline management in an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar environment
