- Strong project coordination skills and a proven ability to help develop and execute project plans on time and on budget, including the participation in establishing a work plan, identifying priorities and milestones, and accurately reporting progress
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Applications Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Act as a point of contact for the Business Operations' Leaders (Real Estate, Administrative Services, Acquisitions & Integrations) to build relationships, trust, and accountability by proactively communicating and creating regular touchpoints
- Prepare, draft, edit and format letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other correspondence using Microsoft Applications Suite
- Think you've got what it takes to be an Administrative Coordinator? Minimum of five years' work experience in relevant responsibilities as Executive Assistant, Office Management, Project Administration roles, etc.
- Post-secondary education in Administration, Business, or other relevant field
- Experience with a professional services firm would be an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to synthesize data and to summarize it in meaningful ways
- Thinks innovatively, exercises sound judgment, and demonstrates adaptability to interact with a diverse team of people and projects
