    State Window Corporation, Awarded Canada's Best Managed Company of 2021, 2022 , and 2023 is a PROFIT 500 manufacturing and construction company located in Vaughan, ON.Together, we manufacture, design and install window wall, curtain wall, metal panels, glass and railing systems for high rise condominiums.

    Minimum 3 years of field experience as a technician or equivalent.

    Requires on site visits which have exposure to hazards or physical risks that require knowledge of and adherence to basic safety procedures and precautions;
    Work consist of 90% on Site and 10% in the Plant and Office;
    Work environment requires wearing construction safety footwear and hard hat for all site work and in certain other locations;
    Requires driving a company vehicle to visit sites, clients or suppliers;
    Must have a valid G license; Flexible to work overtime as required.
    Ability to manage a group of technician with a diverse technical background;
    Ability to measure frames, glass, flashing and etc.;
    Ability to effectively manage time;
    Strong technical knowledge of window wall, curtain wall and railing systems;
    Encompasses on site field experience;
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with coworkers daily by telephone, email, and in person.
    Perform a daily walk through on site to determine deficiencies on close out projects;
    Update the Punch List tracker after walking the sites;
    Handle deficiencies, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within a agreed time frame, and following up to ensure plan has been executed;
    Represent the company, as requested, inbusiness with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations;
    Prepare and attend mockup testing for windows and doors as required;
    Any additional duties requested by the Site Operations Manager.
