    What you'll be responsible for:

    - Being customer-centric and prioritizing their needs in all your actions

    - Leading, coaching, and inspiring colleagues to achieve success and foster their development

    - Cultivating lasting relationships with the community

    - Ensuring visual merchandising standards, operational excellence, and meeting financial targets

    - Collaborating with the Store Manager and District Manager to implement business strategies

    Strong customer service skills and the ability to build customer loyalty and community connections

    - Proven track record of enhancing productivity, engagement, and retention

    - Experience in managing large retail establishments

    - Financial acumen to drive business outcomes
