    Looking for a dynamic individual who's not just a marketer but a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving. Someone who thrives on unraveling the 'why' behind their content and campaigns while obsessing over generating inbound leads.

    As a Demand Gen Manager, you will manage the inbound funnel from prospect to signed customer to customer retention & expansion. This is a doer role, delegators need not apply.

    Your responsibilities span website management, collateral development, social media execution, digital campaigns, and other programs that drive Citylitics & Founder's brand presence. (Ideal for someone who wants to leave marketing agency and apply their honed Demand Gen skills to a specific organization)

    What Will You Accomplish? / How You Will Make An Immediate Impact:

    As the Demand Gen Manager, you'll drive brand awareness and website traffic through impactful campaigns. Taking ownership of the entire inbound marketing funnel, conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and oversee social media channels, especially LinkedIn. Your responsibilities include crafting ROI-driven strategies for landing pages, blogs, reports, webinars, and more to drive conversions. You'll engage with the audience on social media, explore customer acquisition opportunities, and monitor competitors for retargeting campaigns. Utilizing analytical skills, you'll provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations against key performance indicators.

    With a deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems, you will apply customer segmentation strategies and execute initiatives that have a measurable impact on business-wide KPIs. As a hands-on, high-capacity doer, you will bring an execution-oriented mindset, fueled by a passion for your craft. In collaboration with senior marketing leadership, you will enjoy high visibility and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our lead funnel.

    Qualifications:

  • Must have 5 years marketing experience in B2B (within SaaS or Data would be a bonus).
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS growth marketing, including lead identification, conversion strategies, effective nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Proven ability to continuously optimize marketing initiatives with a never-satisfied mindset, consistently seeking areas for improvement.
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive and hungry attitude towards refining lead funnels and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • A high figure-it-out factor: Not just a doer; a proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges with ease.
  • A passion for results: Understands that success isn't just about efforts but tangible outcomes. Driven to generate inbound leads and measure their success based on concrete results.
  • A flair for crafting compelling content: Whether it's crafting one-liners for our target ICP audience, creating engaging email campaigns, optimizing SEO content and landing pages, or developing irresistible lead magnets and ad copy, they excel at every aspect of content creation.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in at least one B2B tech scale-up, showcasing active involvement in executing inbound strategies. and know WHY. (Owned the marketing lifecycle of a B2B SaaS/Tech company is highly desirable.)
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience and a robust understanding of social media platforms specific to B2B and SaaS companies. Proven ability to strategically utilize these platforms to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for learning and development. Openness to feedback is essential for continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all marketing initiatives, with a consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in customizing marketing strategies to effectively navigate and contribute to all stages of the Citylitics customer journey.
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting market testing and validation, particularly in launching campaigns to assess the market's response to new product concepts. For example, evaluating customer interest in innovative ideas such as AI-driven bidding.
  • Market testing & validation - if we have a new product concept or if we want to see how big a market is for a certain idea, perhaps there are some campaigns we can do to test a product idea. E.g. 'how many customers in our market care about AI-driven bidding'
