    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with multiple lines of business within Asset Management, Technology and Wealth Management to understand the regulatory requirements, business needs and regulatory objectives.
    • Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to gather information and develop solutions in alignment with the regulatory requirements and business objectives.
    • Understand the regulatory requirements for both Fund Managers and Dealers.
    • Develop business and solution requirement documents with precision and efficiency.
    • Develop user stories to support agile project management.
    • Proficiently manage JIRA and Confluence, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Provide analysis and impact of requirements.
    • Provide a well-defined plan for deliverables. Deliver work on time.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders.
    • xperience with project management and a solid understanding of the project management lifecycle.
    • Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project delivery models.

    Must haves:

    • 4-7 yrs of previous experience as a BA
    • Recent experience in Wealth Management products - Mutual Funds and ETFs.
    • Previous Regulatory experience
    • Technical understanding - Able to translate for tech teams- Looking for candidates that have previous tech projects.
    • Previous experience implementing CRM /2018)
    • Previous experience working on large projects
