- Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO's), Routing Change Requests (RCR's), and Engineering Authorized Deviations (EAD's).
- Create production routings with estimated labor times for fabricated parts, assemblies, and installations.
- Determine raw material usage for new fabricated parts.
- Update production routings for component parts and sub-assemblies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes.
- Offer support for new designs, contracts, bids, and customer requests.
- Participate in SWAT meetings and address STAW issues when necessary.
- Conduct process observations and assist in resolving MRP processing errors.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and production engineering.
- Hold a post-secondary degree in engineering or technology with prior experience in manufacturing process planning.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of diverse manufacturing processes including metal fabrication, welding, assembly work, and painting.
- Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and MRP processes.
- Be a professional team player with strong communication skills, capable of analyzing data and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Oracle is beneficial.
- APICS or CPIM certification is advantageous.

POSITION SUMMARY
Joining the Manufacturing Engineering team, this role, reporting to the Process Planning Supervisor, involves the crucial task of creating and maintaining production routings and bills of material based on engineering documentation.
