    Generating technical documents for specifications, user manuals, quick start guides, etc.
    Providing Engineering support to other departments within the Company as directed by the Engineering Manager.
    Preparation of document packages for external contractors.

    Working closely with other Engineers to assist with ECO (Engineering Change Order) and Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) for defect management resolution and processing.

    Generating and registering Product Numbers and Configurations as well as maintaining/facilitating vendor quotations and pricing in the ERP.
    Building and release of BOMs for all variants of a product family.
    Processing part releases (electrical, mechanical and software).
    Collaborating with cross functional disciplines including Engineering (electrical, mechanical, software and systems), Manufacturing, Sales, and Distribution.
    Defining the Configuration Management processes and troubleshoots discrepancies.
    Training and enforcing the Configuration Management system.
    Management of product configurations and component level revisioning.

    Working with the R&D/Engineering Manager to maintain proper filing systems to ensure all information is properly stored and easily retrieved.

    Defining and executing Configuration Management audits.
    Working with the R&D/Engineering Team on forecasting, costing and related initiatives.
    Attends engineering team meetings to understand product, releases, and changes.
    Post-secondary education in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering
    Ability to ready and interpret mechanical drawings
    Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and cable harness assembly drawings
    Working knowledge with of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
